\u4ee5\u592a\u5e01\u4fe1\u6258 ETF \u548c\u4ee5\u592a\u5e01\u8ff7\u4f60\u4fe1\u6258 ETF \u7eb3\u5165\u89c4\u5219 8.201-E\uff08\u901a\u7528\uff09\uff0c\u53d6\u4ee3\u5148\u524d\u6839\u636e\u975e\u901a\u7528\u6807\u51c6\u8fdb\u884c\u7684\u5206\u7c7b\uff0c\u6b64\u6b21\u6279\u51c6\u53d6\u6d88\u4e86\u91cd\u590d\u7533\u62a5\u8981\u6c42\uff0c\u5e76\u4f7f\u8fd9\u4e9b\u57fa\u91d1\u4e0e ETF\u2014\u2014\u5728\u4e0d\u9700\u8981\u6bcf\u4e2a\u4ea7\u54c1\u5355\u72ec\u83b7\u5f97 SEC \u6279\u51c6\u7684\u60c5\u51b5\u4e0b\u4e0a\u5e02\u3002\u8be5\u89c4\u5219\u4f7f\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01 ETF \u4e0e\u4f20\u7edf\u5546\u54c1\u578b\u4fe1\u6258\u6807\u51c6\u76f8\u4e00\u81f4\uff0c\u964d\u4f4e\u4e86\u76d1\u7ba1\u6469\u64e6\uff0c\u52a0\u5feb\u4e86\u5e02\u573a\u51c6\u5165\u3002\u4e3b\u8981\u7684\u5408\u683c\u6807\u51c6\u5305\u62ec\u6301\u6709\u4eba\u80fd\u591f\u5c06\u80a1\u4efd\u8d4e\u56de\u4e3a\u57fa\u7840\u8d44\u4ea7\u6216\u73b0\u91d1\u7b49\u4ef7\u7269\uff0c\u4ee5\u53ca\u6839\u636e\u300a\u5546\u54c1\u4ea4\u6613\u6cd5\u300b\u7531\u6ce8\u518c\u5546\u54c1\u6c60\u7ecf\u8425\u8005\u8fd0\u8425\u3002<\/p>\n<\/section>\n<section \u8f6c\u5411\u300c\u4e00\u822c\u7c7b\u522b\u6807\u51c6\u300d\u7b80\u5316\u4e86\u5b83\u4eec\u7684\u76d1\u7ba1\u6d41\u7a0b\uff0c\u53ef\u80fd\u4f7f Grayscale \u548c\u5176\u4ed6\u53d1\u884c\u4eba\u80fd\u591f\u66f4\u5feb\u901f\u5730\u63a8\u51fa\u66f4\u591a\u52a0\u5bc6\u8d27\u5e01 ETF \u3002\u8fd9\u4e00\u4e3e\u63aa\u8868\u660e\u673a\u6784\u5bf9\u4ee5\u592a\u5e01\u4f5c\u4e3a\u53ef\u6295\u8d44\u8d44\u4ea7\u7684\u4fe1\u5fc3\u65e5\u76ca\u589e\u5f3a\uff0c\u5e76\u53cd\u6620\u4e86 SEC ETF
